What do you need for your set-up?
I kindly ask for a comfortable chair with a back, a desk that I can tuck my legs into and a waste bin under the desk. If there is no adequate lighting at the venue please let me know and I will bring portable lamps.

Yes. Events outside of London may incur an additional travel fee. Please get in touch with your event location to discuss.

How much do you charge for on-site calligraphy events?
Every event varies based on duration, guest count, complexity and service. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote based on your event.

How many items can you personalise for my event?
Turnaround times depend on the item itself, what you would like to have personalised and the guest flow on the day. I recommend having a brand ambassador or event assistant at the personalisation station to assist with guest queries - I can also bring an assistant with me if needed.
I can typically personalise 15-20 items an hour, or 1 in every 3 minutes. For high-volume events, I can bring a second of multiple artists for you to create a smooth and seamless experience for your live event.
