Based in beautiful Ealing in west London, Willow Rose Studio is a professional studio specialising in calligraphy for luxury brands, corporate events, VIP occasions and bespoke personalisation experiences.
As a professional and experienced calligrapher with years of experience in the live events industry, I specialise in creating unforgettable experiences for your guests - whether by engraving perfume bottles with their names, hot foiling leather pouches with initials or personalising notebooks in beautiful calligraphy - all on-the-spot and within a matter of minutes.
All of my below services can be booked for live on-site events as well as for in-studio projects in London and across the UK.
01 Calligraphy
My signature calligraphy style is modern, elegant, and timeless. Whether you’re looking for a classic script or a more contemporary feel, I can tailor the lettering to complement your event style.
Handwritten using premium inks, calligraphy is perfect for:

02 Hot foiling
Hot foiling uses a specialised heat pen to press coloured foil onto products to create a permanent finish. The calligraphy or illustration is therefore transferred onto the surface, with a luxurious shimmery finish. A great choice for corporate events and luxury personalisations, this is my most popular on-site service!

03 Engraving
Hand engraving using a quiet, portable drill to create permanent etchings on the surface of the product. Whether you want a name, a short message or a date engraved, the end result truly elevates the product. Always a popular choice for on-site events, the engraving can be left natural or finished in gold/silver.

04 Bottle painting
Floral, botanical patterns and more, carefully painted by hand onto glass bottles before each item is finished with a protective varnish to ensure durability. Bottle painting is a very technical skill and requires careful handling of the brush and paints so they stay on well on glass surfaces. A great way to elevate your products and to add a touch of art into your event.

05 PAINTING
Product painting to add a personal touch to your event. Most surfaces can be painted and I will work with you to come with a bespoke collection of designs based on your event style. Past live events have included painted hand fans to match guest outfits for Nadine Merabi's Spring/Summer press event, Apple AirPods for Adobe Summit VIP guests and taper candles for Anthropologie's festive influencer event.
06 BEDAZZLING
Using specially curated rhinestones and industrial grade glue (not shiny stickers!), each stone is hand applied one by one to complement and elevate the product. A huge wow factor especially on luxury perfumes and beauty products.

For PR Mailers & Corporate Gifts
I can pretty much work with any surface and will always recommend the best personalisation method for you. Some of the most popular materials are paper/cardstock, glass, metal, leather and PU leather, plastic and wood.
I highly recommend sending a sample of the product to be personalised for testing. This allows me to test the best tool to use and to decide on the design and positioning ahead of your event. You can then also see what it looks like before the event day.

What items can you personalise?
Every event varies based on duration, guest count, complexity and service. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote based on your event.
How much do you charge for on-site calligraphy events?
Turnaround times depend on the item itself, what you would like to have personalised and the guest flow on the day. I recommend having a brand ambassador or event assistant at the personalisation station to assist with guest queries - I can also bring an assistant with me if needed.
I can typically personalise 15-20 items an hour, or 1 in every 3 minutes. For high-volume events, I can bring a second of multiple artists for you to create a smooth and seamless experience for your live event.
How many items can you personalise for my event?
Yes, for bulk orders of items to be personalised I can do this from my studio in west London. I can also organise a courier or postage for the completed items to a delivery address in the UK. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote and I will advise turnaround times.
I would like a bulk order of corporate gifts personalised. Is this possible?
My signature style is a semi-formal modern calligraphy style, which is my most requested script. Drawing influences from the traditional Copperplate script blended with my own take on modern letterforms, this style has quickly found its way onto luxury invitations, award show place cards, embossed leather notebooks and more.
